Sunday Ocheido Ogah is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is one of our Associates, specializing in Insolvency, Corporate Restructuring, Commercial Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Law. He brings extensive hands-on experience in directing high-stakes receivership, liquidation, debt recovery, real estate and corporate winding-up proceedings, while crafting tailored litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) strategies for corporate and private clients.

Sunday served as Associate Counsel and Head of Chambers in the firm, where he deputized the Principal Partner in managing firm operations, high-level client consultations, legal due diligence, and commercial arbitration and mediation. His career trajectory also includes senior legal roles as Associate Counsel and Managing Associate in prominent law firms both in Lagos and Port Harcourt, River State, where he routinely managed court advocacy, corporate compliance audits, company secretarial services, land registry transactions, and regulatory liaisons.
